Deliver exceptional and individualized care asdetermined by each resident's care planProvide assistance with Activities of DailyLiving (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignityReport changes in resident health status to the clinicalteamConnect with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceEngage in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiencesComply with all rules and regulations regardingconfidentiality and privacy of team members and resident informationPerform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent requiredCurrent certification from an accreditedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) programExceptional communication and interpersonalskillsMust demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignityBenefits & Beyond:
