Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities or special needs - Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Ensure a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care - Implement and follow individualized care plans - Engage individuals in social and recreational activities - Provide transportation for individuals to appointments, community outings, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in social work, childcare, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - First aid and CPR certification is required - Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs - Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Job Types:
