We take pride in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families! Full job description The laundry team supports Timbercreek's mission by ensuring that all laundered items used in the care of residents across the facility are clean, folded, and ready for use.

Lifts and carries loads of laundry to/from cleaning equipment.
Washes, dries, folds, and hangs all laundry neatly and properly.
Identifies personal laundry with resident's name and re-marks personal clothing items, if needed.
Returns clean resident laundry to appropriate rooms and supply areas.
Keeps the work area neat and performs cleaning assignments as scheduled or directed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Possesses a High School Diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions.
Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required Motivated and organized team-player Must enjoy working with seniors A professional team player with a commitment of maintaining a reliable shift history Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same Come join our team!
