We are currently seeking Seasonal Associates to join our team.
As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks within our retail environment.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries - Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed The exact start and end dates will be communicated during the interview process.
