PAL Health Technologies is searching for an Orthotic Fabrication Technician to join our team! PAL has been a leader in orthotic production for more than 40 years.
Our Pekin, Illinois location provides patient focused custom orthotic and AFO fabrication to physicians around the United States.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of orthotic and/or AFO fabrication experience.
New graduates from an Orthotic technical program will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
A variety of Responsibilities for an Orthotic Fabrication Technician:
Competent in use of computers and electronic devices related to production.

, scanners, printers, shipping stations) Ability to follow all instructions from the work order including permanent instructions (PI's) or special instructions (SI's) which are added to orders by prescribing physicians while understanding the work orders To use grinding machinery for specifications outlined on the work orders Apply specialized glue to material to adhere accessories to orthosis Polishing orthosis
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent GED Must be comfortable and skilled with hand/power tools Preferred Education and Experience 1.
