Exempt (Salaried) Non-Exempt (Hourly) JOB SUMMARY Utilize thermal scanners and/or infrared thermometers to screen employees gaining access to facility (when necessary per COVID protocol).
Detail clean (for example, sweep, mop, clean spills) office and/or facility areas.
Maintain (for example, stock, clean, organize) and record inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies, including janitorial or supply closets and carts.
Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning.
Operate and maintain sweeper/scrubber to sweep and mop facility floors.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Able to read and follow work instructions Ability to communicate well both written and verbally, high attention to detail required; Seek out ways to incorporate cost reductions and streamline processes Review and address inventory issues May perform other tasks as determined by the Manager - Maintenance Daily screening of employee temperatures using thermal scanners and/or infrared thermometers.
Enforcement of deep cleaning initiative throughout facility including common area tables, breakroom tables, timeclocks, light switches, toilets, office equipment, sinks, kitchen appliances, hand-railings, door knobs, doors entrances, and any objects frequently touched by employees routinely throughout the day.
Accurately request and stock appropriate and effective cleaning supplies.
Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors Adhere stringently to all safety guidelines by keeping work area clean and wearing protective clothing.
Enforces DCX-CHOL Enterprises policies and safety practices.
Participates in training, safety, and quality programs.
Ability to handle multiple projects and to meet deadlines is required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS High school diploma or GED.

years in maintenance.
High degree of professionalism Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors May be required to work outside of normal work hours Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment Ability to work individually or as part of a team Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and capable of routinely bending to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Competent in the daily tasks to meet his/hers job duties acquired from on the job training.
